A very descent hotel in Thailand. Staff is quite friendly and helpful - when I got a cut, they helped me to treat the wound. Also they help to carry your luggage to the room. Another good thing to mention is that they changed my room to another one for free because guests next door were too loud at night. Very good breakfast, you certainly will have something to choose from: yogurt, fruits, pastry, rice, meat, soup, sausages, veggies, juice, coffee... There is also a nice little restaurant near the pool. It's not fancy, but if you don't want to search for one in the town - it's a good option. The staff is pretty nice two. The food is mostly European like, but there are also Thai dishes. They also serve cocktails. But be aware that you can pay with a card only if the overall price is 500 bat or higher. The beach nearby is rocky. At least in June. But you can walk along the coastline to the right (facing the sea) and get to Wong Amat beach, which is fine. It takes about 15 minutes. Air conditioning is fine. They change water bottles, towels and linen every day (at least if you press "make-up the room" button). There was a little knife in the number, which is a nice touch. The hotel is also 15 minutes away from Terminal 21 and 20 minutes away (on foot) from Lotus.

The hotel is next to the beach in a more secluded area and felt more luxurious than other places I've stayed at. The room was big, with lots of furniture to rest and relax. There was an electronic panel by the bed to control AC, lights and let the staff know if housekeeping was needed or not. The room had reusable slippers (instead of the usual disposable ones), bathrobes, water bottles (4 per day), cosmetics, hairdryer etc. The breakfasts served a variety of foods, western and Asian ones, warm and cold, including sweets. The pool area had sunbed and towels for the guests, there is also a restaurant with a great offer of savory/sweet dishes and drinks. I liked that the water in the pool was on a warmer side (the one in BKK hotel I stayed was super cold). There is a direct access to the beach, so it's safe to leave personal stuff around the pool area on a sunbed and hop into the sea for a swim. The staff was great, which is a norm in Thailand.

This hotel is just perfect. From the staff, views, food, pool, room, and even a small but well equipped gym. It's just far enough from the crazy busy traffic and partying streets for it to be a peaceful and romantic getaway by the beach but close enough that you can walk to the restaurants, bars and clubs, of soi 6, and beach road. Even shorter walk to terminal 21 the big new shopping centre of pattaya. The food at the Bistro didn't have much selection, but what I had was delicious. The breakfast has a big selection of western, Chinese, and some Japanese food. They cook the omelette fresh to how you like it. This place will be the place I stay at pattaya and would recommend anyone to stay here. Try it out for one night at least because you will want to stay longer. I had an amazing experience here and would like to thank all the staff for making my stay comfortable.

I think the breakfast was catering more for the Asian market and not so much for Europeans but it was very nice nevertheless. Plenty of juice, eggs, yoghurt, crispies etc to suit most people. I was overwhelmed by the concierge guys at the front door who looked after Emma, the hotel dog, ensuring she was fed and got vet treatment. Such a wonderful touch for your hotel to do this and it shows compassion and I like that in a hotel, very caring. Guests like ourselves also fed Emma, who is a bear little dog. Thank you so much for this.

The staff makes this hotel, their customer service is second to none. Nom who works in the breakfast restaurant then in the Beach / Pool Bistro later in the day is amazing. La who works at the Beach / Pool bistro is also amazing. There are so many great staff from reception, concierge, cleaning services, waiting staff, kitchen staff, the list goes on, but unfortunately I don’t have everyone’s name!!! The hotel is quiet, just as we like it. It has everything you’d need.
